Gannet Family

from £10.00

A pair of gannets with their chick, taken mid-August 2023. If you look closely at the adults, you’ll see they both have completely black iris, which is not normal for gannets. Research found that gannets who had survived highly pathogenic avian influenza had atypical coloured irises (either completely or partially black with speckles). I often think about this family and hope the three of them are still doing well.

The photograph is printed on Fujicolor Professional DP II Lustre photographic paper. It is available in both A4 and A3 sizes.

Photos are directly dispatched from my trusted printers via Royal Mail First Class. I currently charge a flat rate of £5 postage per order, which is slightly less than the price set by my printers.

At this time I am only offering postage inside the UK. However, I am hoping to start posting outwith the UK soon! If you would like the print in a different size, please contact me via email.

Please note that colour may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings.
